Return and Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange policy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within two weeks for a different size, style, or design. You may also use your store credit toward your next purchase.
If you would like to return any purchased items, you must first contact us at email@example.com. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and still in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Once Nganoh has received your returned item and determined that it is in appropriate condition, we will immediately ship you a new item or we will hold onto your store credit and you may use it anytime you like.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
